Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an HR Manager. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role requires working from Highskilz's office in Tirur, with some flexibility for work from home.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruiting, employee engagement, and performance management
  • Skills in training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
