Job Summary
Tertius Life Sciences Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources operations. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and HR compliance activities while ensuring a smooth and professional employee experience. We prefer Candidate with accounting basics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment efforts, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records and documentation as per company policies and legal requirements.
- Support in organizing training sessions, employee events, and performance review cycles.
- Manage Saneforce reporting and ensure timely and accurate data entry and analysis
- Coordinate attendance tracking, leave management, and employee queries.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with internal communications, policy updates, and compliance documentation.
