About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive to join our operations team. The role involves handling CRS documentation, client communication, and coordination with inspection engineers. Both freshers and experienced candidates may apply; however, female candidates are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage professional emails related to CRS documentation and client communication.
  • Coordinate with clients and engineers regarding inspection schedules, submissions, and compliance status.
  • Maintain proper records of CRS applications, inspection reports, and compliance files.
  • Follow up with clients/vendors for pending documents or clarifications.
  • Prepare and forward reports to seniors/clients as per timelines.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the inspection/compliance team.

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English & Hindi).
  • Strong email drafting and correspondence etiquette.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail with strong documentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of CRS/BIS/ISI process will be an added advantage (training will be provided to freshers).

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Experience or Fresher both can apply.
  • Female candidates will be preferred for this position.

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience and skills).
