Job Title: Support Executive – IVR Calls

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and articulate Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound IVR-based customer support calls. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills and have a background in US or UAE-based BPO operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle IVR (Interactive Voice Response) calls professionally and empathetically.
  • Respond to customer queries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved cases.
  • Maintain accurate logs of interactions in CRM systems.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Follow call scripts and compliance standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience in BPO/Call Center
  • Familiarity with IVR call systems and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Bonus:

  • Prior experience in voice-based international support.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
