Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Creative Director based in Ahmedabad, with flexible work-from-home options. The Creative Director will lead concept development, oversee creative teams, and define the vision for projects across film, music, branding, and digital platforms. Responsibilities include managing the production lifecycle, ensuring alignment with client objectives, and delivering impactful, culturally resonant creative outputs. The role also demands hands-on collaboration with internal teams and global talent to execute innovative campaigns that balance creative excellence and strategic goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Concept Development, Brand Strategy, and Creative Direction.
  • Experience in Film Production, Digital Content Creation, and Music Projects.
  • Strong leadership ability, with expertise in Team Management and Project Leadership.
  • Proficiency in Multilingual Storytelling and an understanding of global audiences.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills to clearly articulate creative ideas to stakeholders and teams.
  • Knowledge of Production Technology, Digital Distribution Platforms, and Brand Marketing is a strong advantage.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Film, Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Cultural awareness and the ability to craft globally relevant narratives are essential.
