Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
International Sales Head

to lead the global expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven expertise in international sales, business development, and channel management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing market entry strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in our target regions.

Key Responsibilities:

International Market Expansion:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in America, the Middle East, Australia, and other emerging markets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to create effective sales strategies.
  • Establish a strong sales pipeline and ensure sustainable revenue growth.

Sales & Business Development:

  • Drive B2B and B2C sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with distributors, retailers, developers, and contractors.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop region-specific campaigns, promotions, and branding initiatives.

Contract Manufacturing & Partnerships:

  • Identify potential contract manufacturing opportunities with global brands.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) clients.
  • Ensure quality compliance and timely execution of contracts to meet international standards.

Channel & Distribution Management:

  • Build and manage a network of distributors and sales agents in different regions.
  • Monitor channel performance and optimize the supply chain to improve efficiency.
  • Develop training programs and provide support to local sales teams.

Regulatory Compliance & Certifications:

  • Ensure adherence to international regulations and certification requirements.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate trade laws and import/export regulations.

  • Team Leadership & Performance Management:

  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing international sales team.
  • Set clear performance metrics and KPIs to measure success.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance team productivity.

  • Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    8 years of experience
    in international sales and business development, preferably in the
    sanitaryware, faucets, bathware, or home improvement industry
    .
  • Proven track record of successfully expanding business into
    America, the Middle East, Australia, or other international markets
    .
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in closing high-value contracts and partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of global trade, import/export regulations, and regional compliance requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel extensively.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, market analysis, and sales forecasting.

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

  • Experience working with
    luxury or premium brands
    in the faucet or sanitaryware industry.
  • Established network with
    architects, interior designers, real estate developers, and large retailers
    .
  • Fluency in multiple languages is an added advantage.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach.
