We are now looking for a Freelance Business Analyst with strong experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing to help us secure and manage international projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Draft high-quality, customized proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Analyze client needs and collaborate with the technical team to prepare project scopes.
  • Maintain client communication during the pre-sales stage and assist in negotiations.
  • Track and report bidding performance, conversion ratios, and market trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Upwork Bidder for IT projects.
  • Strong understanding of IT services such as:
  • Web & Mobile App Development
  • AI/ML & Cloud Computing
  • Cybersecurity
  • AR/VR & 3D Solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate client requirements into clear proposals and project briefs.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
