Role Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated IT Presales Specialist with 3–5 years of experience in online bidding, lead generation, proposal writing, and client management. In this role, you'll play a key part in acquiring new business opportunities and ensuring seamless communication between clients and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, bid, and secure projects on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
  • Draft client-focused, high-quality proposals tailored to business needs.
  • Generate and nurture B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other tools.
  • Schedule and facilitate client meetings; collaborate with the technical team to deliver solutions.
  • Maintain and track leads, opportunities, and performance metrics in CRM systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in online bidding, presales, or business analysis within IT services.
  • Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and B2B lead generation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile Apps, SaaS, Automation).

Work Details:

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (2nd & 4th Saturdays Off)

Location: Office-based role, Bajari Mandi, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
