Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Assurance Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products through rigorous testing and quality control processes. Daily tasks will include developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting quality audits, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and maintaining compliance with quality management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and execute
    test cases
    (manual & automation).
  • Perform
    functional, regression, integration, and system testing
    .
  • Identify, log, and track bugs in tools like
    JIRA/Trello
    (or equivalent).
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements.
  • Ensure
    cross-browser, cross-device compatibility testing
    .
  • Conduct
    API testing
    using tools like Postman/Swagger.
  • Provide detailed test reports and ensure timely sign-off before releases.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in
    Software Testing / QA
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    SDLC, STLC, and QA methodologies
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    manual testing
    ; automation knowledge is a plus (Selenium, Cypress, etc.).
  • Basic understanding of
    databases & SQL queries
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Agile/Scrum
    processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Experience in
    mobile app testing
    (iOS & Android).
  • Knowledge of
    performance/load testing tools
    (JMeter, Locust, etc.).
  • Exposure to
    CI/CD pipelines
    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Tech or related
  • Quality Control and Quality Assurance skills
  • Experience in Quality Management and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Knowledge of Quality Auditing practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience in the software industry is a plus
