Key Responsibilities
:
- Identify potential clients and projects through online freelance platforms (Upwork, Clutch, Hotspot, etc.).
- Analyze project requirements and create detailed, well-structured proposals.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and collaborators.
- Engage with clients via chats, emails, and video calls to understand project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate project terms, timelines, and pricing to achieve win-win outcomes.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure project feasibility and alignment with client expectations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and monitor competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT or digital services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with freelance bidding portals like Upwork, Clutch, etc.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
