CreditQ provides a platform for businesses to report credit defaulters and generate credit information reports for new clients. This service is essential for MSME owners who need to avoid dealing with fraudulent clients and ensure their working capital remains accessible. CreditQ aims to protect these businesses from financial fraud and help them make informed decisions about their business partnerships.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Jaipur. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying business requirements, and providing detailed reports and recommendations. Daily tasks include gathering and interpreting data, monitoring performance indicators, conducting meetings with stakeholders, and suggesting improvements to enhance business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Business Analysis experience
- Experience in evaluating and improving Business Processes and identifying Business Requirements
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Experience in the financial or MSME sector is a plus
- Proficiency in business analytics tools and software would be advantageous
