Job Summary:
We are seeking a Business Analyst (Post-Sales) to bridge communication between international clients and technical teams. The ideal candidate should have strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills with proven experience in project coordination, requirement gathering, and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and publish project documentation in required formats (BRD, FRD, SRS, Cost Estimations).
- Act as a communication bridge between international clients and technical teams.
- Create user stories, wireframes, and case studies for delivered projects/websites.
- Ensure enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.
- Analyze client business issues, identify strengths & weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
- Provide technical recommendations and assist in testing project deliverables.
- Review documents for clarity, formatting, language, and style.
- Support revenue generation by identifying opportunities and assisting in closing international deals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in Post-Sales / IT Services).
- Strong skills in documentation (BRD, FRD, SRS), wireframing, and cost estimation.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) for interacting with international clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
