Position Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated
Proposal Writer Interns
to assist in preparing high-quality responses to government RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on exposure to government project documentation, proposal strategy, and compliance-oriented writing in a technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in writing and formatting responses to
    Federal and State RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to gather inputs for proposals
  • Prepare project documentation including executive summaries, scope of work, timelines, etc.
  • Ensure proposals comply with client requirements and follow structured formats
  • Maintain a repository of reusable content and past proposals
  • Conduct background research on government departments, procurement guidelines, and previous projects
  • Support the proposal lifecycle from initial draft to final submission

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in BBA, MBA, English, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, formatting, and structure
  • Proficiency in
    MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to analyse and understand complex documents
  • Interest in public sector processes, documentation, and compliance writing
  • Must be available to work
    onsite
    at our
    Hyderabad – Financial District, Nanakramguda
    office for 4 months
