LOCATION: - BKC (Mumbai)

SHIFT TIMINGS: - Rotational shift (8:00AM to 5:00PM / 9:00AM to 6:00PM / 10:00AM to 7:00PM)

WORKING DAYS: - 5 Days working with Saturday & Sunday off (In case, any event comp off can be availed)

DRESS CODE: - Uniform – Saree mandatory (provided at the site)

TRANSPORT: - Pickup drop facility from Bandra & Kurla station

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a dedicated point of contact, ensuring seamless communication between employees, visitors, and hosts to meet all their needs prior to their arrival. Keep relevant teams updated with any changes.
  • Greet and register guests with a welcoming demeanor, adhering to security and building protocols to ensure a smooth check-in experience.
  • Embody the role of a 'Culture Carrier', upholding the Global Amenity Services brand standards and inspiring the team to follow these guidelines.
  • Build and nurture positive relationships with meeting planners, internal administrators, building management, and other stakeholders.
  • Professionally manage guest complaints and service escalations at the lobby desk, providing swift resolutions and clear feedback.
  • Stay updated on current meetings and events occurring in communal and amenity spaces to provide informed assistance.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of visitor details in the registration system, including company name and other pertinent information.
  • Serve as the go-to contact for general inquiries received via phone or email, offering helpful and timely responses.
  • Anticipate and proactively address service-related issues, communicating challenges to the appropriate teams for quick resolution.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of firm amenities and features to effectively assist employees, visitors, and clients.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area at all times, creating a positive first impression.
  • Prepare and submit detailed weekly/monthly reports that include guest history and other relevant MIS data.

Dress Code & Grooming Standards

The Guest relation Executive is expected to maintain a consistently neat, tidy, and professional appearance. Adhering to the prescribed Dress Code, General Guidelines, and Grooming Standards is essential to projecting a polished and welcoming presence. These standards not only reflect the brand's image but also foster respect, confidence, and individuality in every interaction.

Qualification & Requirements

  • Prior experience in high-end reception, front office, or guest management roles, preferably in a hospitality setting.
  • Impeccable grooming and presentation; must consistently adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—Word, Excel, Outlook is essential.
  • Familiarity with EMS room booking system is an added advantage.
  • Comfortable using standard office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, scanners).
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of general administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude; willing to assist with various responsibilities as needed.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as per lobby reception coverage requirements and across multiple locations if required.
