We are seeking a Telesales Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate leads, and promote medical equipment to prospective clients. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (hospitals, clinics, healthcare providers).
  • Promote and explain company's medical equipment and services.
  • Generate leads, follow up, and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Maintain a database of leads and update CRM/records.
  • Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with field sales team for client meetings and closures.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1–2 years in telesales/telecalling (healthcare/medical sales preferred).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Compensation

  • Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month + attractive incentives.
