Sales Head-Co Working Space

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership:
- Design and execute the sales strategy to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, product offerings, and market expansion.
2. Business Development & Revenue Generation:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and brokers.
- Work closely with marketing to generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.
3. Sales Operations & Account Management:
- Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
- Create and monitor sales pipelines and forecasts.
4. Market Analysis & Reporting:
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and trends.
- Analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Present sales reports and insights to the leadership team regularly.
Key Requirements
- Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field. - Experience:
- 8+ years in sales, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in real estate, co-working, hospitality, or B2B sales preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong business development and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
