Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Leadership:

  • Design and execute the sales strategy to meet occupancy and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on pricing, product offerings, and market expansion.

2. Business Development & Revenue Generation:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with startups, SMEs, enterprises, and brokers.
  • Work closely with marketing to generate qualified leads and convert them into clients.

3. Sales Operations & Account Management:

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.
  • Create and monitor sales pipelines and forecasts.

4. Market Analysis & Reporting:

  • Conduct market research to understand competitive landscapes and trends.
  • Analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Present sales reports and insights to the leadership team regularly.

Key Requirements

  • Education:
    Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience:
  • 8+ years in sales, with at least 3–4 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in real estate, co-working, hospitality, or B2B sales preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong business development and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
