Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bancassurance Executive Front Line Officer located in Chennai Tambaram Adyar Thiruvanmiyur perungudi . The role involves managing daily sales activities, fostering relationships with partner banks, and promoting health insurance products. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying cross-selling opportunities, ensuring efficient policy issuance processes, and achieving assigned sales targets. Additionally, the role requires close coordination with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with bank partners and clients.
  • Proven sales and marketing abilities, with expertise in promoting health insurance products and achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance sector and digitized sales processes is advantageous.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Graduate degree in any discipline, with prior experience in bancassurance or health insurance sales preferred.
