About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced
Sales Trainer
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering effective
sales training programs
, including
on-the-job training (OJT), classroom sessions, and soft skills development
for client employees in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct
sales training programs
for client's sales teams. - Deliver
on-the-job training (OJT)
, ensuring sales staff are equipped with practical knowledge. - Conduct
classroom training sessions
focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer handling. - Enhance employees'
soft skills
including communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management. - Assess training needs and customize modules based on performance gaps.
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to improve sales effectiveness.
- Collaborate with client managers to align training with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum
3 years of experience
in sales training, preferably in the
automobile industry
. - Strong expertise in
sales processes, customer handling, and dealership operations
. - Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Fluency in Kannada
(mandatory) along with good command over English/Hindi. - Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Willingness to travel locally as required.
