Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Sales Executive / Sales Manager to join our dynamic real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real estate sales in Gurgaon, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals in the premium/luxury housing segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client inquiries, understand their property needs, and recommend suitable options.
- Conduct property site visits and assist clients throughout the buying process.
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, channel partners, and HNI clients.
- Follow up on leads and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM and admin teams for smooth documentation and client service.
- Stay updated on market trends, property launches, and pricing in the Gurgaon market.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferably in Gurgaon).
- Education: Graduate / MBA (Sales or Marketing preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, presentable, and capable of handling HNI clients.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and real estate sales process preferred.
