  • Handle queries, returns and build brand quality.
  • Monitor and manage POs, invoices, inventory and deliveries.
  • Develop SKUs in Zoho, sync with Amazon and Shopify.
  • Schedule shipment via Amazon easy ship, FBA, Blinkit and Shopify and Audit amazon account and resolve discrepancies.
