- Lead and execute all sales strategies to achieve business goals.
- Assist in developing comprehensive sales plans, including forecasts, KPIs, and strategic planning in collaboration with senior management.
- Drive business growth by expanding market presence and closing high-value deals.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
- Manage sales pipeline visibility and ensure transparency at every stage.
- Build and maintain key relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Create and implement sales quotas and projections for regions, states, and territories.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies to ensure optimum sales and profit.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Monitor sales staff performance, providing ongoing coaching and support to meet objectives.
- Drive adoption and success of sales and marketing automation tools.
- Provide detailed analytics and reports on sales, lead generation, market segmentation, and sales conversion rates.
- Develop and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Oversee database management, ensuring high-quality sales data.
- Lead continuous process improvement initiatives for increased sales volume and enhanced customer experience.
