Job Summary:
Kshipra Academy, a leading institute specializing in Risk Management and Internal Auditing training, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our reach, increasing student enrollments, and building strategic partnerships within the professional education sector. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the value of professional certifications like CIA and IAP.
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase student enrollments in our training programs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential students, corporate clients, and professional organizations.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve enrollment targets.
Counsel prospective students on the benefits of our programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
Organize and participate in promotional events, workshops, and seminars.
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.
Track sales performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management.
Mandatory Skills:
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to identify leads, qualify prospects, and close sales. A proven track record of achieving sales targets in a service-oriented industry.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with diverse stakeholders.
Relationship Building: Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues. Excellent networking skills to expand professional connections.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively and reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners.
Product Knowledge: A strong understanding of the value of professional certifications (CIA, IAP) and the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of Kshipra Academy's training programs.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or training industry.
Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
