Job Title: SR.HR EXECUTIVE

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sr HR Executive to join our corporate office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, implementing effective performance management systems, and fostering a positive office culture and behaviour. This role requires a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment:

  2. Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.

  3. Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent.

  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences.

  5. Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.

  6. Performance Management:

  7. Implement and manage performance management systems to align with organizational goals.

  8. Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with employees.

  9. Develop and maintain performance metrics and reports to track employee performance.

  10. Identify areas for improvement and recommend training and development programs.

  11. Office Culture & Behaviour:

  12. Foster a positive and inclusive office culture that aligns with company values.

  13. Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee engagement, well-being, and retention.

  14. Monitor and address any cultural or behavioural issues that may impact the work environment.

  15. Collaborate with HR team to develop and maintain a positive employee value proposition.

  16. Employee Data Management:

  17. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and performance.

  18. HR Support:

  19. Provide support to HR team members on various HR-related tasks.

  20. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.

  2. Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and office culture development.

  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. Ability to work in a team environment.

  5. Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
