𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐀𝐯𝐚𝐢𝐥𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞: 2

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨 (𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬):

 Assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.

 Support the implementation of new Salesforce features and workflows.

 Perform basic data management tasks including importing, exporting, and cleaning data within Salesforce.

 Shadow and learn from experienced Salesforce Developers and Administrators.

 Contribute to creating and maintaining reports and dashboards to support business needs.

 Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability of solutions.

 Collaborate with team members to gather basic requirements and assist with documentation.

 Engage with Salesforce Trailhead modules and other learning resources to enhance your knowledge.

 Troubleshoot and resolve minor user issues related to Salesforce applications.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫 (𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬):

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a degree program in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a

related field.

A strong interest in Salesforce CRM and cloud computing.

Basic understanding of CRM concepts is a plus.

Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced

environment.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

Proactive attitude and a strong desire to gain practical experience.
