Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential B2B and B2C clients (interior designers, architects, homeowners, etc.).
  • Verify leads received through marketing campaigns and ensure quality interactions.
  • Schedule meetings between clients and the sales or design team.
  • Understand basic interior design concepts to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Maintain and update client data, leads, and follow-ups in Excel sheets or CRM tools.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Telecalling (experience in interior, real estate, or digital marketing industry preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi both).
  • Basic knowledge of Interior Design terminology and services.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets for lead tracking and reporting.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
