Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Social Media Paid Ads Specialist)
Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with social media marketing, paid advertising, analytics, and content creation — with a strong understanding of Twitter, Discord, Facebook, Meta, and Google Ads.
You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media marketing campaigns on Twitter, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads).
- Monitor ad performance and analyze data using Twitter Analytics, Discord Insights, and Google Analytics.
- Create engaging content and ad copies to attract the target audience.
- Optimize ad campaigns to improve ROI and reduce CPC.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing, crypto/web3 communities, and online growth strategies.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to deliver high-quality campaigns.
Skills Required:
- Social Media Marketing & Campaign Management
- Paid Advertising (Google, Facebook, Meta, YouTube)
- Twitter & Discord Analytics
- Content Writing & Copywriting
- SEO / SEM Knowledge (Preferred)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels and conversion tracking
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Social Media / Paid Ads
- Hands-on experience with Ads Manager tools (Facebook, Google, Meta)
