**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop Social Media Strategy**: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- **Content Creation**: Design, create, and publish engaging content (images, videos, posts, stories, etc.) across all social media channels.
- **Manage Platforms**: Monitor and manage daily activities on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build strong community relationships.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track key metrics, analyze performance, and prepare weekly/monthly reports to optimize strategy.
- **Trends & Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure competitive positioning.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
- **Ad Management**: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, including setting up targeting and optimizing ad performance.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with an eye for detail and design.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or others.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Basic graphic design skills and knowledge of tools like Canva or Photoshop (preferred).
