**Position**: Social Media Marketing Executive

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation and Scheduling**: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
Develop a content calendar and schedule posts to maintain a consistent online presence.
Collaborate with the design team to create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.

**Community Engagement**: Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly while maintaining the brand's voice.
Engage with followers, foster discussions, and build a sense of community around the brand.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor key performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.
Compile regular reports on social media performance and provide insights to guide future strategies.

**Campaign Support**:Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotions.
Collaborate with the team to ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing objectives.

**Stay Current with Trends**:Stay informed about social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Suggest innovative ideas to keep the brand's social media content fresh and engaging.

**Paid Advertising**: Assist in creating and managing social media advertising campaigns.
Monitor ad performance, optimize targeting, and provide input on ad creatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or related roles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using various social media platforms and scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics to track and report on performance.
- Strong writing skills with an ability to adapt to different tones and styles.
- Creative mindset with the ability to ideate and contribute fresh content ideas.
- Familiarity with graphic design and basic video editing tools is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and learning new skills.
