Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Engineer based in Chennai. The Safety Engineer will be responsible for implementing and overseeing safety protocols, conducting risk assessments, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and providing safety training to employees. The role involves developing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety, monitoring workplace activities, investigating incidents, and recommending corrective actions. The Safety Engineer will work closely with project management teams to ensure construction safety standards are met.

  • Proficiency in Safety Engineering and Construction Safety
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Security
  • Skills in developing and conducting Training programs
  • Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, or related field
