Job Purpose
Job role expects end to end product management, launch of new product programs for Micro Segments, Identify and launch new channels for Business growth
Key Accountabilities
- New Product launch
- Drive Product Performance & Product Profitability
- Process Improvement
- Technology enhancement
- Business and Risk analytics
Job Duties & responsibilities
- Responsible for launch of new product offering for CLAP
- Co ordination with key stakeholders like legal, compliance, risk, technology and operations to get relevant approvals
- Focus on launching business through alternate channels
- Budgeting and monitoring P&L
- MIS & dashboards
Required Experience
Experience of 5- 12 years in Banking & Financial Industry preferably in lending business
Education / Preferred Qualifications
Postgraduate/ Masters in Business Administration
