Job Purpose Job role expects end to end product management, launch of new product programs for Micro Segments, Identify and launch new channels for Business growth Key Accountabilities New Product launch Drive Product Performance & Product Profitability Process Improvement Technology enhancement Business and Risk analytics Job Duties & responsibilities Responsible for launch of new product offering for CLAP Co ordination with key stakeholders like legal, compliance, risk, technology and operations to get relevant approvals Focus on launching business through alternate channels Budgeting and monitoring P&L MIS & dashboards Required Experience Experience of 5- 12 years in Banking & Financial Industry preferably in lending business Education / Preferred Qualifications Postgraduate/ Masters in Business Administration Core Competencies Understanding of Lending Business Tech Savvy and proven track record in defining customer journeys Business Development Analytics Strong communication skills Technical Competencies Project management Experience in writing BRD’s Work Relationship Internal – RMG, Finance, Operations, Technology, Compliance & Legal, Regional teams External – Partner teams DBS India - Culture & Behaviors DBS is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and their opinions count.
