Job Purpose To support and track bank-wise initiatives and trackers to build acquisition and relationship management channel’s Productivity and Profitability Key Accountabilities Incentive design, management and setting up trackers through BA Analytics and insights across Performance and Profitability matrices Job Duties & responsibilities Analytics to measure & drive field distribution channels performance and profitability matrix. KRA & Incentives – Designing & tracking, Dashboard, Query resolution, Data Validations Development to improve LMS platform. Analyse and insights pertaining to CASA and Cross sell businesses. Drive quality of acquisitions through segment-specific insights Required Experience Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, managing channels with large data volumes. Education / Preferred Qualifications Graduate with banking experience MBA will be an advantage. Core Competencies Excellent communication skills Ability to analyze business performance and give insights for improvement. Prior experience of CRM / LMS tools will be an advantage.
