Job Title: Product Executive – Voice Compliance Desk
Location:
New Delhi, India

Work Mode:
Work from Office (5 Days a Week)

Experience Required:
2 to 4 Years

Role Summary
The Product Executive will support the Voice Compliance Desk by coordinating premise verification activities, validating documentation, and facilitating audit readiness. This role is essential for maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring process alignment across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Premise Verification Coordination:
  • Coordinate with customers and vendors to schedule and execute physical premise verifications.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of verification activities.
  • Report Validation & Documentation:
  • Review and validate premise verification reports submitted by vendors.
  • Upload and maintain records in the order processing system for audit purposes.
  • Audit Facilitation:
  • Support external audit processes by retrieving and presenting relevant compliance documentation.
  • Ensure readiness and completeness of audit-related records.
  • Process Coordination & Finalization:
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to finalize and implement process changes.
  • Ensure alignment with compliance and business requirements.

  • Requirement Documentation:
  • Draft OSS/BSS requirements for IT teams based on compliance and operational needs.
  • Ensure clarity and completeness in requirement specifications.
  • System Familiarity & Learning:
  • Be familiar with Tata Communications' systems and processes or demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and validation.
  • Ability to write structured technical and process documentation.
  • Familiarity with telecom compliance processes is a plus.
  • Open to learning new systems and tools.
