Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the IT industry, strong client-handling
skills, and the ability to identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and generate new business opportunities in the IT industry.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
● Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor
activities.
● Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
● Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, delivery, and technical) to ensure client
satisfaction.
● Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and business goals.
● Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
● Minimum 1+ year of experience in business development/sales in the IT industry.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, or services.
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
● Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
