About the Role:

We are looking for a result-oriented and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ year of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid ad campaigns across major platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about digital performance marketing and have a strong grasp of running ad campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Amazon Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Amazon platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and prepare detailed reports.
  • Manage budgets and bid strategies to ensure efficient campaign spend and maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, advertising trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams for ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Identify opportunities for performance improvement and contribute to overall marketing strategy.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year of hands-on experience in digital marketing, especially paid advertising.
  • Proficiency in managing campaigns on:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Microsoft Ads (Bing)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • Amazon Sponsored Ads
  • Basic knowledge of SEO and how it complements paid marketing efforts.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and team collaboration.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
