Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive who can support and execute across the full spectrum of digital marketing activities – from SEO to social media management. The role is hands-on and multi-disciplinary, with ample opportunity to learn advanced skills directly from the founding team.

This is not a narrow, single-channel role – you'll be exposed to:

  • SEO (on-page, off-page, technical, keyword research)
  • Social Media Marketing (strategy, content, posting, engagement)
  • Paid Ads (Google & Meta basics – with scope to grow deeper)
  • Content (blogs, creatives, captions, outreach)
  • Reporting & Analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing SEO strategies – keyword research, on-page fixes, link building, content clusters.
  • Manage social media accounts – schedule posts, engage with audience, track performance.
  • Coordinate with designers/writers for creatives and copy; contribute your own ideas.
  • Support Google & Meta Ads campaigns (setup, basic optimization, reporting).
  • Handle off-page activities – business listings, profile creation, bookmarking, web 2.0, outreach.
  • Track performance across channels and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
  • Research industry trends and competitor activities; suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest tools, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing.

What We're Looking For

  • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong learning intent are welcome).
  • Basic understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem-solver mindset – resourceful and curious to figure things out.
  • Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn while doing.
