**Job Description: Digital Marketing and IT Executive**

Are you ready to advance your career with 2-3 years of experience in both digital marketing and IT support? We’re looking for a tech-savvy and creative Digital Marketing and IT Executive to join our team. This role is essential for managing online marketing campaigns, driving digital presence, and providing IT support to ensure smooth technical operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**Digital Marketing**:

- **Social Media Management**: Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- **Content Creation**: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging content (graphics, blogs, videos) aligned with the marketing strategy.
- **SEO and SEM**: Optimize website content for search engines and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to increase traffic and leads.
- **Performance Marketing**: Manage online advertising campaigns (social ads, display ads) to meet objectives like lead generation and brand awareness.
- **Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, ensuring KPIs and ROI goals are met.
- **Customer Service**: Respond to online inquiries and offer excellent customer support through digital channels.

**IT Support**:

- **Technical Support**: Provide IT support to the team, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues.
- **System Maintenance**: Maintain and update systems, ensuring smooth operation of all digital marketing and office technologies.
- **Website Management**: Oversee website updates, integrations, and optimization, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- **Data Security**: Monitor systems for data security risks and ensure compliance with best IT security practices.
- **Software Installation**: Assist with the installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware as needed.
- **General Office Duties**: Support general office administration, including documentation, system backup, and technical audits.
