Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for a full-time role located in Mysuru. The successful candidate will manage project lifecycle stages associated with Capillary Technologies' products and services. The role necessitates effective collaboration with stakeholders, overseeing software implementation, and ensuring projects meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 4+ years in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage high-stakes projects efficiently.
  • Strong proficiency in JIRA is vital for planning, tracking, and managing projects across diverse teams effectively.
  • Expertise in API integration (Mandatory skill), ensuring seamless connectivity between different software systems and platforms.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement, building constructive relationships with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Critical Path Method understanding is necessary for managing project schedules, minimizing delays, and optimizing resources.
  • Experience in software implementation (Mandatory skill), ensuring projects are executed within set timeframes, scope, and budget.
  • Solid skills in risk management and problem-solving to proactively handle project issues and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, showcasing a systematic approach to project execution and delivery.
  • Efficient communication and leadership skills, ensuring team alignment and high morale throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure timely and successful delivery of company products and services.
  • Coordinate and manage project resources to guarantee effective delivery against project timelines.
  • Interface with stakeholders to align project objectives with business goals and client requirements.
  • Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through execution to closure, maintaining strict adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Address and solve complex project-related issues, ensuring consistent project progress.
  • Secure and manage project resources, including teams, budgets, and external vendors, to optimize project delivery.
  • Implement and monitor change management protocols to minimize disruption and facilitate smooth transition and adoption.
