Key Responsibilities:Act as the central travel coordinator for all employee travel requirements, ensuring policy compliance and timely bookings. Monitor and control SG&A travel-related expenses, ensuring alignment with functional budgets. Prepare monthly and quarterly travel cost reports and analysis for management review.
Maintain excellent public relations with leadership team members and board executives; handle high-touch travel and hospitality needs with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate visa processing, documentation, and embassy interactions for global travel requirements. Provide 24x7 support for urgent travel changes, especially for leadership and crisis-related movements.
Liaise with finance, procurement, and HR teams for PR/PO management, approvals, and travel reimbursements. Ensure continuous process improvement in travel operations and vendor management. Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate in Business Administration or related field; specialization in travel management is a plus.5–8 years of experience in corporate travel coordination, executive support, or administrative operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience handling senior stakeholders is essential. Excellent knowledge of visa procedures, travel policies, and budget tracking tools. Flexible with working hours; must be reachable during off-hours and weekends as needed.
