Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for customer service and excellent communication skills, with experience working in the travel or customer service industry.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality customer support for our US travel process, ensuring that all customers receive a professional and positive experience on every interaction. This includes assisting customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and other service needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat.
  • Assist customers with travel-related issues, including booking cancellations, changes, and refunds.
  • Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer complaints and concerns.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., hospitality, business, communications).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
