Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a D2C Operations Manager. Based in Noida, the D2C Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing logistics, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with various departments to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Additional responsibilities include inventory management, order fulfillment, quality control, and continuous improvement of operational workflows.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operations management, logistics, and inventory management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using operational management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Prior experience in D2C operations is a plus
