Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain employee records and support onboarding, documentation, and exits.
  2. Manage vendor payments, track expenses, and handle invoice approvals.
  3. Monitor departmental budgets and flag inconsistencies.
  4. Help organise and manage team morale and productivity with activities, workshops and such
  5. Oversee office admin tasks including inventory, utilities, and IT coordination.
  6. Provide team support for all HR, finance, and documentation-related needs.
