As a Manager - Finance , your roles and responsibilities include:   Accounts Receivable OperationsOversee the end -to -end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, cash application and collections.Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and resolution of discrepancies.Manage customer accounts, monitor aging reports and minimize overdue receivables.Dealer reconciliation, Billing, Credit Note, Debit note.Pricing updates for products, services and spare parts.Reconciliation : Regularly reconcile the accounts receivable ledger with the general ledger to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.Collect Statements: To check sweeping amount details will collect the c=bank statement to identify the client details.Compare Transactions: Compare the transactions received on the bank statement with the sales inoice generated by sales team . Make sure each transaction on the statement matches with the client sales invoice.Record Adjustments: Document any adjustments made during the reconciliation process in the financial records.Export sales reconciliation and notifying to Bank on the advance collection.Data Analysis: make sure in the working of vehicle delivered and undelivered details, advances and payment receipts.Report Generation: Creating reports that present the analyzed data in a clear, concise, and visually appealing manner.Accessibility: Ensuring that relevant stakeholders, including sales managers, executives, and account managers, have easy access to the MIS reports when needed.Continuous Improvement: Using MIS reporting insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales and account management strategies continuously.Customer Ledger creation: create the customer ledger once payment received from the client and sales or service invoice are generated.Invoice Creation: Once the products are delivered or services are performed,  will generate an invoice directly from the sales order. This invoice is used for accounting purposes.Accounting Entries: once the invoices are generated pass the accounting entries or journal entries to match the transactions.Bank Reconciliation: Match with the sales and advances received from the client with monthly bank statementRasing invoices from the ERP to recognize the revenueBRS Uploading Process Improvement and Technology UtilizationIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy in AR operations.Utilize AR automation tools and ERP systems to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.Stay informed of emerging technologies and best practices in accounts receivable management.Analyze trends, identify areas of improvement and present findings to management.
