Position Title: ServiceNow Finance Admin Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the ServiceNow finance management application – including configuration customization and maintenance.Creation and modification on workflows and catalogs, platform maintenance, development of system enhancementsCollaborate with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them to effective solutionProvide support and troubleshooting for financial process and serviceNow related issues.Generate distributed financial report and dashboards using serviceNow reporting tool.Develop and maintain documentation for serviceNow finance configurations and process, procedures.Conduct regular audits and assessments of financial processes to ensure compliance and efficiencyTrain and support end users on serviceNow finance functionalities and processes.RequirementsQualification ​Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, IT or related field.Proven Experience in ServiceNow Admin with focus on Finance or similar role.Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles and reportingProficiency in configuring and customizing the serviceNow finance management module.Experience with ServiceNow workflows, form and reporting tools,.Strong communication and collaboration skills. (Must)
