Position Summary  Seeking a dynamic FP&A Manager to join us and playa crucial role in driving the financial performance of PlaySimple. In thisposition, you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial analysis, ensuring that we make informed financial decisions. Thisrole requires a proactive individual with a solid understanding of financialmodeling and business operations.You will collaborate with various teams to assess financial performance,identify trends, and recommend actions to enhance profitability. If you are aresults -oriented finance professional with exceptional analytical skills, wewould love to hear from you RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and monitor budgets andforecasts to support financial planningPrepare long -term and short -term business andfinancial plans for the company and if and when needed, financial plans forevaluation of new businessesConduct in -depth financial analysis andmodeling to provide insights on business performanceCollaborate with cross -functional teams todrive financial results and enhance operational efficiency Identify and mitigate financial risks throughcareful analysis and strategic recommendationsPrepare regular financial reports andpresentations for stakeholders to communicate performance against targetsSupport decision -making by providing actionablefinancial insightsSupport development of financial strategiesaligned with the organization's goalsRequired QualificationsQualified Chartered Accountant (not more than 3attempts) or MBA (Finance) from a top Institute6+ years of experience in Finance with at least3 years in FP&A or Business finance rolesStrong proficiency in financial modeling andanalysisExcellent analytical and problem -solvingskills, with a keen attention to detailDemonstrated ability to communicate complexfinancial concepts to non -financial stakeholdersExperience with budgeting, forecasting, andfinancial reportingAbility to work collaboratively in a fast -pacedenvironment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
