We are looking for a Branch Administrative Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth functioning of our PhD assistance and guidance services. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, coordinate with students and mentors, and maintain quality service standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and support branch staff and ensure efficient workflow.
- Oversee student inquiries, document processing, and service delivery.
- Maintain office operations, records, and compliance with company policies.
- Assist students and researchers in understanding our services.
- Handle scheduling, meetings, and coordination between teams.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, mentors, and management.
- Manage budgets, reports, and overall branch performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in academic support or administrative roles preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle client interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
