Position Title: Cluster Manager Trust Association Society and Club (TASC)

Grade : Senior Manager, AVP, DVP

Vertical : Branch Banking

Business : Liabilities

Department: Liabilities Sales

Organizational Relationships

Position Reporting to Regional Head - TASC Business/ National Head - TASC Business

Direct Reports if any : TASC Relationship Manager

Role & responsibilities :

  • Managing & Driving mapped TASC RMs productivity in terms of Acquisition/CASA values/Cross Sell

  • Nurture and manage the existing customer portfolio & TASC alliances

  • Devise Contest and campaigns for branch activation

  • Open up opportunities in different TASC Segment

  • Track, Monitor and drive target vs achievement

  • Activation of sales and service teams in branches on TASC business

  • Regular training to regions

  • Interact with product, process, compliance on segment specific developments and new initiatives

  • Work in Co-ordination with Branch Managers, Team Leaders, Cluster Managers to drive segment numbers and targets

  • Work closely with CMS, Insurance, and Investment teams to drive the cross sell in the segment

  • Open up opportunities in the region for tie up with TASC specific Associations

  • Work towards creation of every possible source for TASC lead generation KYC, CMS, account opening support to branches

  • Responsibility of TASC Portfolio growth in the geography by cementing strong connect with the topmost clients of the Cluster

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4- 7 Years experience in Banking and Preferable in TASC Segment. Minimum 2-3 Years experience in managing the cluster and alliances.
