Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (as per business requirement)
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (HR Recruitment)
Salary: As per company norms
Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles (sourcing to onboarding).
- Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, references, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with respective departments.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and track hiring progress.
- Assist in drafting JDs, posting openings, and managing hiring MIS.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Coordinate with the HR team for onboarding formalities and documentation.
Key Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of the recruitment life cycle.
- Flexibility to work in evening/night shifts (as mentioned).
Additional Information
- Candidates comfortable with 1 PM–10 PM or 3 PM–12 AM shifts will be preferred.
- Must be energetic, proactive, and target-oriented.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹23,000.00 per month
