Global Support: Lead installation, commissioning, and operational support for company products in international markets.
Technical Problem Solving: Act as the primary point of contact for technical consultations, on-site troubleshooting, and repair requests.
Training & Development: Create technical engineering materials and lead training sessions for customers and third-party service providers.
Quality Assurance: Monitor regional customer satisfaction and collaborate with quality teams to prevent and resolve product anomalies.
Customer Relations: Maintain strong communication with equipment users to ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly.
What We're Looking For:
Industry Expertise: Prior experience in the power supply industry is highly preferred.
Communication: Fluency in English (CET-4 or equivalent) is essential for technical barrier-free communication.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel independently across India and overseas.
Soft Skills: Strong teamwork spirit, high learning ability, and a customer-first mindset.
