Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive who is proficient in using ticketing tools and Microsoft Excel.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to handle queries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain data accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve customer queries through ticketing systems.
- Document and track customer interactions accurately.
- Maintain and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and follow-ups.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, pivot tables, data filtering/sorting).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a customer support or helpdesk role.
